I have been collecting Washington Quarters off and on since the mid-80's. Tom Sedivy discovered a variety in my registry set and that sparked an interest in varieties ever since. I try and cherry pick as many varieties as I can so I can save money to buy the harder varieties. So far I have cherrypicked 26 varieties and purchased 25 varieties. As I progress through this series, it is more difficult to cherry pick missing coins, so I have been cherry picking duplicates with the intent to sell the duplicates.

Set is coming along nicely and Yes I believe everyone that is building a set should fill in those comments as they go along. I wanna know why you liked the coin. Cherry picked a coin I wanna see it. This set is 10 year project. Enjoy
John: Yes Tom asked me a while back to add comments on all my coins to document the history and I also enjoy looking back at how I accumulated these coins.
