Further, after 65 years of collecting, this collector has never seen either an SP 1870 PE 5 cent or an SP 1870 PE 10 cent, even though,from the early 1950s, this collector had access to the inventories and collections of the major dealers and collectors (many of whom started collecting/dealing when WWII ended).
