This set began when a banker in Victoria, BC gave my infant son and me some of these coins in their OGP when we asked for Canadian half dollars. We were essentially coin roll hunting while on vacation in Canada.
I had no choice but to encapsulate the coins in a PCGS holder to one day pass onto my child. Since those first encapsulations I have worked to complete the set with some additionally beautiful examples.
