The Good Collection

描述: Each coin represents a different denomination of US Coins in my collection, although we can't cover them all in just ten coins. Some are proof, some are mint state, some have even seen circulation (albeit briefly). Ten coins in all, four are gold, and four are silver. Chosen from the eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth and twenty-first centuries, these coins are representative of US coinage from its inception through today. Some are key dates, some are popular varieties, some may seem quite ordinary, and some are "top-pops". Interestingly, six are first-year issues; and of these four are also final-year issues (for the variety, e.g. 'Silver' Kennedy, 'Buffalo' Dollar, 'Jackie Robinson' half eagle and 'High Relief' Saint-Gaudens). But these ten coins taken together offer an interesting cross section of what makes collecting US coins interesting. I hope you enjoy looking at these coins as much as I do.
