Toned coins is more than just the beauty of the colours but the journey of the coins itself. Where had they been, what had they been through.
For example, Hong Kong 50 cents 1902 AU55. I like this piece because of the circulated condition and the tone on it. The circulated condition told us that it had been going through lot of places and from many hands, survive from World War II, it is not bullet proof which cause it AU condition, sweat hand, rain, cold, hot weather forged it such a unique tone.
