Given to me from my Fathers Collection. I had it certified by PCGS. The true population of this variety is hard to figure. It does not bring a large premium over the non-doubled variety, unfortunately. The doubling is very apparent and easy to see under light magnification, I have even been able to spot a couple raw versions on Ebay that were in relatively bad condition and/or heavily cleaned. I do enjoy oddities and errors however and am glad to have this piece in my collection.

My first No Arrows 1853 coin. Personally a big step for my collection

Great eye appeal for he grade, in many ways I enjoy this coin more than my 1853-P quarter that is an XF45. I really don't understand CAC well enough but if I were to submit any coins to CAC this would be the one.
