This collection was started in 1991 and then put away a couple years later due to inactivity. After more than 10 years of “neglect” the collection has been updated. The 99s were added and almost all the others upgraded to reflect emphasis on full talon specimens.

Full talons should be like FBL and FS, If they ever are recognized, you'll have the #1 set; just look at the 80 S in the current #1 set, blobs where the talons should be and a higher grade.
