The perfect constellation of rarity and technical preservation, its R4 rating in English Silver Coinage suggesting only around 11-20 known, at the same time showing an ideal cabinet patina that pairs gunmetal surface tones on the obverse with gold device highlights while blush predominates on the reverse.
