These sets were only available if you bought a ticket and book to attend the 1987 National Numismatic Exposition which was located in the convention center located under Plaza Colon, Madrid, Spain. Since the production was limited to 60,000 sets the competition was fierce for places in line, and many squabbles broke out in line due to trying to cut the line... Later the afternoon of the first day, the National police were called and the Expo was shut down permanently due to fighting in line.... I was able to buy a half dozen sets that morning, and that was the end of it.
