I feel your pain. I sent in over 20 AU58 CAC and they only one upgraded to AU58+, the CAC designation was lost and despite my protest 6 or 7 were upgraded to MS61-63. I then tried to take these out of their slabs and re-submitted and still they came back MS, despite a long letter letting them know that the highest grade I wanted was AU58+, and that previously these were graded as AU58. I have given up my membership to PCGS and won't send in any more coins to be graded. I think they give preferential treatment to the dealers and large auction houses and it is impossible for small collectors to deal with this organization. Let me know when you are ready to sell. Buyer's fees are getting ridiculous.
