This is still an amazing accomplishment in its current state.
Hard to say for certain, but certainly 20+ years. I will never finish this set; there are just too many very high end coins beyond my budget. (For example, a recent European auction had a BU 1879-A mark go for 25K euros plus buyer's premium.)
