Liberty Seated Dimes, Proof (1837-1857)

Rare and beautiful! How rare? PCGS has only certified one example of many of the dates and zero examples of a few others! Starting with the incredibly pretty 1837 No Stars and continuing on for two decades, this set has only two coins that are relatively easy to locate (1856 and 1857) and even those are great rarities when compared to most U. S. coins. It might take a lifetime to complete this set, but what an accomplishment it would be!
