1948-D Franklin Half PCGS MS64 FBL Full Bell Lines, tarnish around edges. Purchased $50 buy-it-now eBay 11/24/2024 at Connor's excited urging. Seller was liquidating collection of Franklin Halves at fair prices. In retrospect, this one was just fair price, but no screaming bargain. Although some better looking examples sell for $60+, others with tarnish like this one often sell at auction $45-50

1950 Franklin Half PCGS PR65 CAC. Purchased $460 buy-it-now eBay 11/24/2024 at Connor's excited recommendation (seller was liquidating a set of Franklin halves at unusually fair prices). Connor estimated these sell for $400-450 (without CAC designation) but sometimes up to $700 with the CAC designation (although those look more cameo than this one). Connor deemed this an "absolute no-brainer" and noted it's a key date coin that will always be desirable. Many sell around $500 at eBay, so fair price, and basically got the "CAC" sticker as a free bonus!
