The Acadia Collection

关于此套币: My son's first collection of coins: We started in 2003 on his seventh birthday. We agreed on the half dollar because it was easier on my eyes (those small pennies I just don't see as clearly as I used to). It has been fun working with Caleb on this set; thanks to Richard Green it is now completed. We would also like to thank the members of the Registry that we have met here who have always been willing to help with their wisdom and experience; Sylvester Lindemann, Richard Green, Philip Shattuck, Ray Daniel, Michael Zerbini and Larry Shapiro. Even though we have never met any of the people mentioned in person, their friendship and willingness to help another collector of Kennedy Half Dollars has been outstanding. I hope that my son continues to meet people of this caliber within our hobby.
