The Proof Walking Liberty Half Dollar is in my opinion the most beautiful coin ever minted by the Philadelphia Mint. I searched a while to find this PCGS Proof 66 Gem. It does exhibits the typical weakness of Strike on the Eagles lower Left leg. (Which probably kept it from being graded a 67 or 68) This corresponds with the hands of Lady Liberty on the Obverse. The 2 opposing highpoints make this a handy way to tell how well your particular coin was struck. After you've examined a large quantity of Walkers (Like I have ), you'll notice how many of them have little or no detail on the lower Left leg and/or weakly struck hands.
