1913 5C Type 1 MS64 PCGS #3915

I bought this Buffalo nickel in early- mid 2020 in Reese MI for I believe $20, and I had it in a Whitman 20th to 21st century type set folder. Unfortunately, the Whitman folder started falling apart so had to remove the coins I had put in there. While I was removing the coins from the Whitman folder, I saw the toning this Buffalo nickel had achieved while it was in there and sent it in to get graded which costed $35 to do. As the old saying goes it looks a lot better in hand as the toning is far more vibrant then the photos show and the entirety of both the obverse and reverse has a very light orange almost pinkish toning to it.

1882-S $1 N1 PCGS #7140

I bought this coin on February 11th, 2023, at Greatcollection.com because of its beautiful original toning with the Pullaway on the date and stars and some on the reverse. I personally don't mind damaged coins. Just because they're damaged doesn't mean they should be excluded from collecting. As long as the coin has original luster/toning and isn't cleaned or artificially toned I don't mind adding it to my Collection. VAM-22
