Mexican 8 Reales Estado de Mexico Mint Basic Set, Circulation Strikes (1828-1830)

The State of Mexico (not to be confused with the United States of Mexico) established a mint in 1828 in the city of Tlapan. The venture was short-lived and ended in 1830, after producing both gold and silver coins. All of the Estado de Mexico issues are desirable, and this short, three-piece set of 8 reales will be a challenge to complete.
