Mexican 8 Reales Guadalupe y Calvo Mint Basic Set, Circulation Strikes (1844-1852)

The Guadalupe y Calvo Mint was located in the Mexican State of Chihuahua, in a remote area rich in silver. The Mint operated unded a ten year lease that expired in 1852; apparently, the lease was not renewed. This is a relatively easy set to complete, as the number of coins comprising the set is small and there are no great rarities to befuddle the collector.
