1800 Sheldon 210 is a very rare variety.  Breen rated it High Rarity 5 (31-45 known) and Noyes called it R5+.  All of the known examples are in circulated condition, with none rumored or reported in Mint State.  The best certified example is a single PCGS AU58 from the Tom Reynolds Collection.  Both Breen and Noyes list one finer example, which would probably grade out at AU58, as well. 

This variety is invariably weakly struck at the top of the reverse.  STATES OF is usually weak or indistinct and it was the first area to wear away as the coins spent more time in circulation.
