1806 C4 Draped Bust half cent, Large 6 With Stems, R1. This is the front-line example for the Furnace Run PCGS Registry Set of US half cents from 1793 to 1857 by Cohen Variety. This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as AU58, and CAC-certified as CHOICE for the assigned grade! Lustrous medium brown with golden brown undertones, really nice eye appeal. A glass shows a dull scuff in the field behind the lower curls, while the reverse is essentially mark-free. M1.0 with bold repunching on the six and strong denticles on both sides.
