The Obverse 3 date is similar to Obverse 1, with tall & steep upper serif on the 1, Script 8, long center spike on the 3 and short crossbar and base on the 4. The digits, however, are much better aligned vertically. Superb for the grade with terrific eye appeal. Nearly unblemished and extensively washed with orange. Purchased from Stack's Bowers.
