The 1862-S Quarter Dollar has a smaller mintage than the 1859-S and the 1861-S, yet it is priced much lower, especially in high grades.  Where the 1859-S and 1861-S are virtually unobtainable in Mint State, the 1862-S is scarce, but available.  That is not to say that the known examples are nice -- the 1862-S is more likely to appear in MS62 than any other grade, and the best examples top out at MS64.  Amazingly, the price record for this date goes all the way back to 1997, when the Eliasberg example sold for $7,700.
