Light diagonal die line under eye. Die stage B: A rim cud forms from 11:00 to 11:30. Die stage C: Another rim cud forms from 2:00 to 2:30. Rev. D: Heavy die line between the C in CENT and the wreath. Die satge B: Die cracks from the rim to wreath at 2:30, 9;30 & 4:30. The die is slightly buckled. Attributed to: Larry Steve A scarce but rather minor variety. This variety is not listed as a large 7 over small 7 because the first digit punched was deformed by the second, bolder punching {64RD, 62RB, 55, 55}
