Type 1/1, Large S, FS-501, Breen-5792. Scarce, but the more common of the two overdates. There is a rumor of a 3rd, but as of yet unconfirmed. This coin still has some mint luster, clearly authentic chinese origin chops, and the chopmarks do not obscure the over-mint-mark. It also has very limited chop mark related marks on the front (caused by a hard pressed chop on the back). The obverse is quite beautiful!
