Mintage: 3,942. Intense contrast with heavily frosted devices against deeply mirrored fields. Virtually a Deep Cameo (none reported in the pops). Small ink-blue stain (NOT a spot) on obv., but there's always something. It will no doubt stay at 64 on re-grade, but DC may be on the tag someday. Surprising find in an old album and graded for the first time in 2014.
