Semi keys like Key dates (UNDERSTANDABLY) are ballistically rare to begin with. This coin, is also conservatively graded (in my opinion) - has absolutely NO coins graded higher from the coveted rattler population report which showed 3 coins graded MS65PL - after more than 35 years of additional grading PCGS still only shows two coins graded higher 1 at MS66PL and 1 lone top MONSTER MS68PL .My Holder Analytic research was able to uncover 6 coins no longer in their original rattler skins due to reconsideration/regrading by their owners at 65PL and remarkably the MS68PL coin also no longer in her original rattler garb. - making this coin now most likely a LONE top pop coin still in a Rattler. - She is living proof that Numismatic Dreams really can come true!
