The 1891-S is usually fully struck and lustrous. Two sided DMPL and PL's are fairly scarce, about the same as the 1890-S. Some deep mirror cameos exist but these are usally plagued by many bag marks. This 91-S is rare in that it has cameo obverse and reverse devices with very few bag marks. Someone pulled this one out of the coin bag early and put it away after seeing the deep mirrors and frosted devices.
