Despite a reasonable mintage, examples of the 1900 and 1902 issues of the Colombia 2.5c and 5c are very rare today as they were apparently sent to circulate in Colombia's northern semi-autonomous province (modern-day Panama), which declared its independence in late 1903 and issued its own coinage in 1904.
