The 1905 Philippine Centavo has the fourth highest mintage of its type (a nice, even 10 million coins).  Thus, collectors will have no problem finding nice examples of this date.  Mint State examples are slightly tougher to find and the population of certified Mint State coins is depressed due primarily to a lack of submissions.  As of October 2011, the PCGS Population Report shows 79 Mint State examples in all grades, the finest of which is a single PCGS MS-67 Red.
