In 1908, the mintage of the Liberty Head Nickel dropped to nearly half that of 1907, but still at a respectable 22,684,557 coins.  In terms of quality, the heaviest concentration of certified grades appears at the MS64 level.  MS63s are the next most common, followed by MS62 and MS65.  In MS66, the population drops off to just over a dozen examples, and PCGS has graded none above that level.
