Looks very shiny, as if it may have been lightly dipped at one time in the past. At time of purchase, the PCGS pop report recorded only 17 coins of same grade, and only 28 higher. Rare to find in this condition. Purchased 11/28/2022 at online auction (David Lawrence) for $88, a very fair price.
