This beauty is Cream mottles with Goldenrod and buckskin. The obverse has a subdued crescent of Pecan, Tangerine, Rose, Sage Green, Mauve, Violet, Forest Green, Navy Blue, Anthracite, Squash, Olive Green, Chocolate Moss Green, Gingerbread, Rust and Amber. The Reverse has a more pronounced Bullseye towards the rim of Cardinal Red, Olive Green, Persimmon, Burgundy, Pecan, Tangerine, Ginger, Chrome Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Moss Green, Forest Green, Pumpkin, Emerald Green, Mahogany and Chocolate. Much prettier than a quick glance will get you.

The 1960 Proof Roosevelt Dime appears to be common in most  grades up to about PR69 with a non Cameo or Deep Cameo designation. With a Cameo designation it seems to be scarce in PR68 Cameo or higher. With a Deep Cameo designation it is scarce in about PR67 Deep Cameo condition and higher. In 69 Deep Cameo it is very scarce and no more than a couple hundred examples are known.
