The circulation strike 1960-D Franklin Half Dollar has one of the higher mintages in the series. However, despite the higher mintage, it is a tougher coin to find in MS65 condition or higher. With the Full Bell Lines characteristics on the reverse design they are scarce in MS65 FBL. In MS66 Full Bell Lines they are very scarce with possibly no more than 100 examples known. In MS67 with or without Full bell Lines it is  very rare.
