The 1971-P Roosevelt Dime is really common, in most grades. Even examples in Uncirculated grades can still be pulled from circulation. Without the Full Bands designation, this issue becomes scarce at about MS66 grade and higher. MS67 appears to be the finest known grade and few examples exist in the condition. 

With the Full Bands designation this issue is really scarce in any grade. There are less than two dozen examples known displaying Full Bands in all grades combined.
