The 1979-P Kennedy Half Dollar is fairly common in most grades. In circulated condition it really common and can be found in circulation. In Uncirculated grades of MS60 to about MS64 it can also be found in circulation. In about MS65 condition or higher most examples probably came from mint sets or rolls and bags. In MS66 condition it becomes scarcer but still thousands of examples are probably still out there. In Ms67 condition it becomes a condition census grade about 100 examples known. In MS68 condition it is truly scarce with few examples known and none being graded higher.
