The Mint made a very large amount of dimes in 1992. Therefore, the 1992-P Roosevelt Dime is fairly easy to obtain. Only in MS68 condition or higher is it hard to find. With the Full Bands designation it is much different, as they are scarce in any condition. Few examples have been graded overall with Full Bands characteristics. Any examples with Full Bands should definitely be sent in to PCGS to get authenticated, as it commands a significant premium in almost all grades with the Full Bands details.
