The 1994-P Washington Quarter is very common in circulated grades all the way up to MS64 condition. In MS65 it becomes a little more difficult to find in circulation but still out there. In MS66 condition, not many examples are in circulation as many of them have been pulled aside and many others sent in for grading. In MS67 condition it becomes really scarce with few examples in existence. This is a tougher issue from the late 1990's as there are no examples that grade above MS67 condition.
