The Mint produced over a billion 1995-P Washington Quarters making it a very common issue in circulated grades  and even up to MS64 grades. In MS65 and MS66 it becomes a little scarce but still available by the hundreds if not thousands. In MS67 condition it becomes scarce with possibly a few hundred examples in existence. In MS68 it is very hard to come by and the highest grade in which it exist, with none being finer. Possibly no more than 10 examples exist in this grade with none being finer.
