The U.S. Mint struck over 1.3 billion Roosevelt Dimes at the Philadelphia Mint in 2004. Making it a very common coin in most grades. In MS66 condition or lower it is easy to obtain. In MS67 it is much scarcer. And in MS68 it is very difficult to locate. Anything grading higher is rare.
