With a mintage of over 400 million coins struck. the circulation strike 2008-D Roosevelt Dime is very common in circulated grades and under. Coins can easily be found in circulation at face value. Even coins in low mint state grades can still be found in circulation. Only in grades of MS66 does it become somewhat scarce. With the Full Bands designation it is very scarce especially in grades of MS65 and higher. In MS66 with the Full Bands designation it is very hard to find with about 2 dozen examples known in MS66 FB. In MS67 it is very scarce with less than a hdnful known. In MS68 it is very scarce and examples in the grade may actually be struck from special satin finish dies.
