This is a beautiful coin, and is superior in every detail. The ave bowl is gorgeous and one can see the markings in it. The whisk is fully struck, and the staff grooves can be seen. The coconut tree fronds are separated and crisp. The lettering is raised and sharp from the fields. The mirrors are clean without spots or haze. Washington is frosted and everything on the obverse is clear and problem-free. Purchased at .241 of current value.

The 2009-S American Samoa Proof Quarter came well struck. It appears as if the average condition for this issue is in PR68-PR69 Deep Cameo. Perfect PR70 Deep Cameo coins are more difficult to obtain but there are hundreds if not thousands of graded examples, that prices are very affordable for just about most collectors.
