The strike is exceptional and has outstanding appeal to the eye. The fields are flashy and bright. There do appear to be a couple of milk spots in front of Washington's nose, and on the reverse there is a small amount of haze near the top cloud when the coin is angled. However, the depth of strike is quite nice and detailed. The sentry box and the hibiscus flower are exquisite in detail, frosted. Really a pretty coin and worth the expense.
