2010-Mo Mexico ¼ Oz Gold Libertad PR70DCAM { PCGS-5 }. This perfectly rendered pure gold bullion gem features Angel Libertad, or Winged Victory on a crowned pedestal, with the mountains and Mexico City in the background. Built in 1910 the statue commemorates the centennial of Mexico's War of Independence. This quarter-ounce golden proof-strike could satisfy both the "Angel" and "Winged Victory" slots of this series with 1,000 proof specimens this year. The Libertad is struck each year in silver from one ounce up to one kilogram, and in gold from 1/20th ounce up to one ounce. “Mo” is the mint mark for Mexico rendered as the “o” over “M” in the field to the right of Winged Victory. This is one of 8 non-USA coins I acquired for this set pre-graded in a PCGS holder.
