The 2010-P Hot Springs Light Satin Finish coins are U.S. Mint varieties that were accidentally struck without going through a proper vapor blasting process which gives coins a different finish. These coins have a different finish from the regular bullion and collector burnished coins. These varieties appear to be very scarce in any condition as few examples have been reported.
