The 2010 Abigail Fillmore $10 Uncirculated Spouse coin is the fourteenth design issued in the Spouse coin series. It is also the first Spouse gold coin issued in 2010.

The maximum authorized mintage was set at 15,000 coins although the final mintage was approximately 3,500 coins. The coins first went on sale on March 18, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. (E.T.). The original issue price was set at $716.00 each.

Coins submitted to PCGS within the first 30 days from the issue date, qualify to receive a special First Strike designation on the PCGS holder.
