2019 Silver $1 Apollo 11 50th Anniversary PR70DCAM { PCGS-3 } (Feb'2019) This FIRST STRIKE all-silver planchette has been struck yielding a curved rendering, concave showing the first footprint on the moon for the obverse, and convex showing the reflection of the lunar landing site in the visor of a helmet on the reverse. Most impressive is the flawless field of the atmosphere on the reverse with its curved perfect reflections. The tragedy is that once again the mint has fallen back and used the same design across three denominations. So many good alternatives come to mind: Neil Armstrong with his helmet on, the surface of the moon on the rounded surface, the flag left on the surface of the moon, the crew of Apollo 11... and on and on.
