I examined this set on the 1st of November 2023 by using my Vantage 10X loupe and I describe it thusly. The Obverse shows no scratches, marks, or dings. I see no tonng, spotting, or cloudiness. The Reverse shows no scratches, marks, of dings, except for a verticle mark below and between the "LL" of "DOLLAR", and a very small & light bright mark can be seen above the "E" of "UNITED". This coin and it's mate, the Type 1 Reverse Proof W coin come with their supposed Original Government Packaging including the COA & the 2 capsules.
