On September 02, 2021 the U.S. Mint officially released the 2021-W $25 Proof Palladium Eagles. Each coin had an issue price of $3,350 if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint, on the first day of sales. The Mint also imposed an ordering limit and allowed customers to order only one coin per household, for the first 24 hours of sales. 

The Mint also struck an Uncirculated version of the 2021-W $25 Palladium Eagle. Those Uncirculated version of the $25 2021 Palladium Eagles were sold to the U.S. Mint Authorized Bullion Purchasers, beginning in the month of November of 2021.
