关于此套币: Soapbox Speech: 48 of the 71 coins in this set are either tied for or are the highest graded... yet it doesn't come close to making the Top-10 list of sets because it contains no full step coins. That sort of invalidates the entire concept of having a numeric grade at all, don't you think? As along as they're giving bonus points for strike in an area so tiny you have to use a loupe to verify it, PCGS ought to give bonus points for colorful toning. At least toning has some serious impact on eye appeal!
