Whites Early Jefferson Proofs 的钱币相册
I spent 2 days at the ANA Worlds Fair of Money and was surprised how hard it was to find the MS66FS War Nickels I still needed for my basic set. There were a couple of the varieties there that I would've loved to had but simply couldn't afford. About 30 minutes before we were going to leave the show on Friday (our second day) I was walking past Dennis Kings "Coins of Appeal" booth and spotted a beautiful 1942-P proof Jefferson in PR67. He offered it to me at a great price and I bought it intending to use it to start the "Complete" Jefferson War Nickel Composite w/varieties. Much to my dismay I discovered that there isn't ANY PCGS Registry Set that contains ALL of the 35% silver War Nickels. This coin is left out of BOTH the composites for some strange reason. After an email exchange with PCGS they told me they would NOT create a set composite that contains all of the silver War Nickels that were struck so I started the "Basic Proof 1938-1942 Set" in order to display this wonderful coin.
